Suggested Use

Mix about one scoop (33-34g) of the powder into 8-14 fluid ounces of cold water, milk, or other beverage. Stir, shake, or blend until dissolved.

Use 8-10 fluid ounces for a thicker consistency and 12-14 fluid ounces for a thinner consistency.
